Job Description for Land Surveyor in Doha

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting data, and analyzing the results.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys to measure and map features of land and structures.
• Utilize survey instruments such as cameras, lasers, GPS systems, and total stations.
• Calculate measurements of angles, elevations, distances and other factors.
• Collect data from existing documents or direct field observation.
• Prepare drawings and diagrams of survey results for use in reports or maps.
• Analyze survey data to determine appropriate solutions to technical problems.
• Assist in the preparation of reports detailing survey results and conclusions.
• Maintain a safe work environment adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Adhere to all applicable regulations when conducting land surveys.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimal work experience is acceptable but preferred; we are willing to consider a foreigner applicant for this role.
• Proficiency with surveying software programs such as AutoCAD and GIS is desired but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail required.

Salary: 1300 QAR/month
