Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create beautiful floral arrangements according to customer requirements
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants that best meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness of the store by keeping it neat and orderly
• Track inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and restock shelves when necessary
• Keep up with trends in the industry by attending workshops or classes when available
• Process payments according to company policies
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Florist in a retail setting
• Knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Attention to detail with good organizational skills
