We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and supervising the team. The main duties of the Business Manager include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, developing new strategies and initiatives, managing staff performance, coordinating projects and activities, and monitoring customer service standards. You should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of professionalism.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, as well as at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. You should have excellent organizational skills and an ability to think strategically. An understanding of financial principles is also essential, as you will be responsible for budgeting and financial forecasting. Familiarity with MS Office Suite is also desirable.
