Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Implement successful sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify potential areas of improvement within the sales process.
• Prepare reports on customer interaction, revenue generated, etc., as required by management.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends in order to make informed decisions regarding product development and marketing strategies.
• Assist in training junior sales staff as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to effectively interact with customers at all levels of an organization is essential.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role preferred but not required (1+ years).
• Knowledge of customer relationship management software is beneficial but not necessary.
