Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in sales is not required, but would be an asset.

Responsibilities:
-Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives
-Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
-Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
-Design promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness
-Monitor competition and analyze sales data
-Prepare reports on progress of business activities

Requirements:
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Able to work independently as well as part of a team
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency
