Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for the efficient running of the restaurant and ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be knowledgeable about all aspects of running a restaurant.

Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies to increase customer base and profitability
• Setting targets for staff and monitoring their performance
• Providing performance reviews for staff and conducting disciplinary actions when needed
• Managing and training kitchen staff to ensure high quality standards are met
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Managing budgets and cash flow to maximize profits
• Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner
• Maximizing sales opportunities through marketing activities, such as introducing promotions or discounts.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in Restaurant Management role in Dubai or other similar locations.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, communication skills, problem-solving skills, flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Must be willing to relocate to Dubai (if not already based here). We are willing to consider applicants from outside the country.
