We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including staff management, customer service, menu development, and financial operations. The position includes a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams efficiently. They should have a good understanding of customer service practices and excellent communication skills. The candidate must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications we are looking for include a university degree in hospitality or restaurant management, or equivalent experience in the field. Previous experience running or managing a restaurant is desirable but not essential as we are willing to consider candidates with no experience. The candidate must have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards of service delivery. Fluency in English is essential for this role as well as any other language spoken by the local population in Dubai (Arabic).
