We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management and customer service. We are ready to consider a foreigner with no experience as long as they demonstrate a strong desire to learn and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

The Restaurant Manager’s main duties include creating and implementing strategies for boosting sales, balancing the cost of goods sold, providing exceptional customer service, managing staff scheduling and performance, overseeing inventory control and ordering supplies, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, developing marketing plans to promote the restaurant’s products and services, and coordinating with other departments within the organization. The successful candidate must also have excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and be able to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in hospitality or business management or equivalent experience in the restaurant industry.
