Salary: 1300 SAR
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, including espresso-based drinks such as cappuccinos and lattes. You will also be expected to maintain the highest standards of customer service and support the team with any other duties that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and a good knowledge of coffee-making techniques. We are also open to considering immigrants for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot and cold beverages according to customers’ specifications
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
• Keep the work area tidy and clean at all times
• Accept payments from customers and provide them with change if necessary
• Respond efficiently to customers’ inquiries about menu items and services offered
• Upsell additional items when appropriate

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of coffee-making techniques (e.g. brewing ratios)
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude
