Fitter (1600 KWD/Month)

Al-Kuwait seeks a Fitter to join our team. We are open to both local and foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of industrial machinery, equipment, and components. You will be expected to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and schematics in order to accurately complete tasks.

Your duties will include:

• Assembling machines according to specifications provided
• Installing mechanical components such as bearings, spindles, gears, pipe systems etc.
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues and repairing or replacing faulty parts
• Setting-up machines for test runs
• Monitoring the performance of machines during test runs
• Ensuring safety regulations are followed at all times
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role. Knowledge of safe working practices is essential. You must have good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver’s license would be an advantage but not essential.
