We are currently searching for a Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait with a salary of 1400. Ideally, the successful candidate will have some minimal experience in managing a team, but we are also willing to consider immigrants with the right attitude and qualifications.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead and manage a team of staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively and that goals are met. The Manager will need to develop strategies for increasing productivity, motivating staff, resolving conflicts and developing team dynamics. As well as this, the Manager will be responsible for overseeing budgeting and reporting on the progress of team members.

In order to be successful in this role, the Manager must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational skills. They must also possess problem-solving abilities in order to handle customer complaints or other issues that may arise. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be comfortable with using modern software systems such as Microsoft Office or G Suite.
