Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Al Kuwait
Salary: 1000 KD (negotiable)

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the company, managing communications, and performing general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:
• Answering phone calls and emails from customers and other departments
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Preparing documents such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Maintaining filing systems and databases
• Coordinating events such as conferences, staff trainings, and office functions
• Providing general support to visitors
• Carrying out various administrative tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask. They should also be detail-oriented with strong customer service skills. The successful applicant must also have a good command of English (both written & spoken). Foreigners are welcome to apply.
