Phlebotomist Job in Al-Kuwait
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and certified Phlebotomist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will perform venipunctures, skin punctures, collect specimens for laboratory testing, process blood samples and other related duties. The Phlebotomist will work closely with our medical staff and laboratory personnel to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient specimens.

Job Duties
• Perform venipuncture/skin punctures on patients in order to obtain blood samples
• Collect specimens for laboratory testing with accuracy and precision
• Process blood samples for collection and transport to the laboratory
• Assist with specimen collection processes as directed by the medical staff
• Ensure proper labeling of all blood samples collected
• Monitor patient safety throughout the procedure process
• Follow established protocols for specimen collection and processing
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures when handling hazardous materials
Requirements
• Certification as a Phlebotomist from a recognized institution or program is required
• Must have prior experience working in a clinical setting or laboratory environment
• Familiarity with relevant medical terminology and safety regulations is essential • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
