Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team and expanding the company’s customer base. This position offers a competitive salary of 900 plus benefits. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand existing customer base
• Set up and manage sales goals
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Monitor sales performance of team members
• Provide training to new and existing staff on sales techniques
• Identify new business opportunities within the market
• Forecast quarterly and annual sales goals
• Analyze data from market research to identify potential areas for growth

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a sales management role
• Proven track record of successful sales management
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, organizational & problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
