We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is a freelance role and offers a salary of 1500.

We are open to considering applications from immigrants. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience managing HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and providing guidance on the human resources related matters. They will assist in the design and implementation of new processes, policies, and procedures to ensure that the organization has the right talent in place to meet its goals.

The Human Resources Professional should also have strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They must be knowledgeable about labor law regulations and possess excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
