Position Title: Instrument Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Instrument Technician to join our highly skilled team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and calibration of all instrumentation components of our products and systems. This position requires excellent technical ability and strong problem-solving skills. We are open to considering applicants with no experience in this field; however, preference will be given to candidates with relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance on instrumentation equipment, including calibration, repair and replacement of parts as required
• Test and inspect instrumentation components for proper operation, accuracy and reliability
• Troubleshoot problems related to instrumentation systems and equipment
• Create reports on the performance of instrumentation systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the use of hazardous materials, testing procedures and other related activities
• Liaise with other departments in order to ensure smooth operation of all related systems
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic theory, digital circuitry principles, computer programming languages and/or mechanical operations is an asset
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and interpret technical documents is essential
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
