Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a related role, and must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop sales plans and strategies for each product category in order to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
• Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor information to create and execute targeted product strategies.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure all merchandise is accurately priced and properly displayed.
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies.
• Liaise with vendors to negotiate prices, delivery terms, and discounts.
• Analyze sales figures to inform purchasing decisions.
• Monitor customer feedback regarding products and services.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Merchandising or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory management software such as ERP systems.
• Able to multi-task effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
