We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for making excellent coffee and providing top-notch customer service. The salary offered is 1500 AED per month and we are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate will need to have a strong understanding of coffee brewing methods, barista skills, customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also be able to take direction well, follow safety protocols and work independently when needed.

The duties of the Barista include making coffee drinks using espresso machines, preparing food items such as sandwiches and salads, stocking supplies, cleaning the work area, operating cash registers and greeting customers in a friendly manner. They must also be able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

The successful candidate must possess at least one year of experience as a Barista or in a related field. They should possess good organizational skills and have knowledge of different types of coffees such as latte, cappuccino etc. Exceptional customer service skills are also essential for this role as well as having basic math skills for dealing with money transactions. Moreover, the successful candidate should be comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds while maintaining an upbeat attitude at all times.
