EXECUTIVE CHEF - DUBAI

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai, with an attractive salary of 1300 AED.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and must have knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine. The successful candidate should be able to lead and manage kitchen staff, create menus, and ensure high standards of quality are met at all times.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for:

• Planning menus, ensuring food quality and freshness as well as portion control
• Supervising kitchen staff including training and scheduling
• Managing costs associated with the kitchen such as food, labour, equipment etc.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health codes
• Taking ownership of the kitchen operations including customer service standards
• Monitoring customer feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
