**Executive Chef - Dubai**

We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the overall culinary activities of the restaurant, including menu design, staff supervision, kitchen operations, and food preparation. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month with the potential for additional benefits.

Job Description:
- Design and develop creative menus that feature a variety of international dishes
- Ensure quality service and high standards of hygiene are maintained throughout the kitchen
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Monitor stock levels regularly and order supplies as needed
- Monitor portion sizes and waste levels to control costs
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in the kitchen area
- Participate in staff meetings to discuss menu items, changes, etc.

Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a five star hotel/restaurant environment
- Proven track record of delivering high quality dishes successfully - Knowledge of international cuisine is preferred - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Excellent interpersonal skills with strong leadership capabilities
