Job Description:

We are looking for a Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience by recommending the best wines to our customers while maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise in the wine field.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about wine, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and demonstrate a good understanding of food & wine pairing.

Responsibilities:
• Understand and keep up to date with all products (including new products) available on the restaurant’s menu
• Recommend wine selections that will best complement guests’ meals
• Provide detailed information on wines, winemakers, regions, vintages, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of all wines served in the restaurant
• Handle stock rotation and quality control
• Manage inventory and orders for restaurant supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Provide superior customer service at all times
Salary: 1800 AED (Including housing)
