Barista vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai!

This position offers a salary of 1100 AED per month and is open to both locals and foreigners.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, have a passion for coffee, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with specialty coffee drinks is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee according to company’s standards
- Learn and understand the various types of coffee beans available
- Take orders from customers accurately
- Ensure that the work area is clean and organized at all times
- Maintain positive customer relations through excellent customer service
- Train other baristas on proper preparation techniques
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:
- At least one year of experience working as a barista preferably in Dubai or the UAE
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
