We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. We are an international company with a focus on providing innovative solutions to our clients. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.

Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, execution and delivery of projects within established timelines and budget constraints. The Project Manager will lead the project team and coordinate activities with stakeholders to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans and schedules, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Monitor progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed
• Ensure successful completion of all project deliverables within given timelines and budgets
• Serve as primary point of contact between the organization and clients
• Manage client relationships and ensure quality of service is upheld at all times
• Lead project meetings, track progress and document decisions/discussions
• Identify risks in advance, develop strategies to mitigate them, and track progress on resolution

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred (but not required)
• At least 5+ years of experience in project management or related role
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy; able to prioritize workloads effectively
• Proven track record in managing projects from initiation through completion; able to work independently or as part of a team
