Librarian job in El-Fujairah UAE for foreigners
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Librarian to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our library and ensuring that the library resources are used effectively.
The Librarian’s primary duties include organizing books, periodicals, audio-visual materials, and other resources; maintaining library records; monitoring the library's budget; collaborating with faculty to review and select materials; training patrons on how to use the library; and providing reference services. The Librarian should have excellent communication skills, customer service skills, computer proficiency, organizational skills, and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with library software systems and up-to-date with modern technology.
The successful candidate must have a degree in Library Science or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a librarian role. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position who meets these qualifications. This is a full-time position with an annual salary of 1400 AED.
