Job Description for Land Surveyor in El-Ain

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain. This role offers a competitive salary of 1300 and is open to immigrants.

The successful applicant will be responsible for performing land surveys to provide accurate measurements and data needed for design, construction, and other purposes. The ideal candidate should have the knowledge and experience of surveying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment used in land surveys.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting land surveys using specialized surveying equipment
• Interpreting legal documents such as deeds, plans, plats, or other records
• Collecting data using field notes, sketches, photos and other methods
• Preparing survey reports by summarizing data collected from surveys
• Assisting with construction layout of buildings or roads by determining positions or elevations of points
• Ensuring the accuracy of survey work by verifying measurements with calculations
• Performing quality assurance checks on survey data before submission

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year work experience as a Land Surveyor or related position
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying/Geomatics/Civil Engineering/related field (preferred)
• Proficient with surveying software programs such as AutoCAD or AutoDesk Civil 3D
• Good understanding of mathematics (geometry & trigonometry)
• Ability to interpret aerial photography and GIS maps
