Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include answering phone calls, sorting mail, filing documents, photocopying, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have strong customer service skills. We are willing to consider immigrants for this role.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an office assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
