Job Description:
• Drive trucks to transport goods and materials on local, long-distance or international routes.
• Follow all necessary safety regulations when transporting goods.
• Inspect trucks for mechanical problems before each shift to ensure safe operation.
• Secure cargo and ensure it is safely loaded onto the truck.
• Maintain accurate log books as per regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a truck driver with valid driving license (Class A).
• Knowledge of applicable laws and safety regulations governing the transportation of goods.
• Ability to drive long hours in a safe manner with no record of any violations or accidents.
• Excellent physical fitness level and ability to lift heavy loads.
