Job Duties:
• Supervise employees in multiple departments to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure productivity levels are met.
• Create and implement processes and strategies to improve overall efficiency.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and manage leave requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
