Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and have a deep understanding of HR processes and strategies. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be well-versed in UAE employment law. We are willing to consider applicants from outside the UAE as well. The salary for this position is 900 per month.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee the recruitment process, including screening and interviewing candidates
- Develop strategies to attract, develop, motivate, and retain employees
- Establish employee compensation structures that meet organizational objectives
- Assist with setting goals and performance management processes
- Design programs to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE employment laws
- Monitor employee relations trends and provide advice on potential risks or issues
- Stay abreast of current trends in HR best practices

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE (or willingness to relocate from outside the UAE)
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE employment law
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
