The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the field of phlebotomy, preferably in a medical or clinical setting. The main responsibilities of the role include drawing blood from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory analysis. The successful applicant will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of their work and adhering to safety protocols at all times.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and possess excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate should also be able to think on their feet and make quick decisions when needed.
