We are looking for an experienced and reliable Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in security and safety procedures, with experience working in a similar role.

The Security Manager will be responsible for the safety of all staff, visitors, and customers on site. You will be expected to develop effective security policies, systems, and procedures to ensure the highest level of safety is maintained at all times while operating within budgetary constraints.

You will also be expected to monitor and review the performance of existing security personnel, as well as hiring new staff where necessary. You will need to build relationships with local police forces and other security services to ensure the best services are provided.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills along with problem solving abilities and organizational skills. You must also have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure. A good knowledge of computers is essential as you may be required to use CCTV systems or other high-tech security measures.
