Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates for various positions according to the job requirements. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with potential and current candidates while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of success in recruiting. They must have an excellent understanding of the recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations. The candidate should have experience in using HR software such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. We are also open to considering immigrants who meet all other requirements for this position.
