Job Description

Mason – Abu-Dhabi

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mason to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating structures and surfaces using bricks, concrete blocks, tiles, stones and other materials. The salary is 1300 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreign applicants with no experience.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mason
• Knowledge of working with brick, concrete blocks, tiles, stones, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Good physical stamina with the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Knowledge of safety codes and regulations

Duties:
• Install bricks walls, foundations and decorative items according to design specifications
• Layout patterns or prepare surfaces for installation of tiles or stones
• Level surfaces using mortar or masonry grout
• Smooth and polish surfaces using sandpaper or power tools
• Cut or shape bricks or other materials as needed
• Inspect completed work for conformity to standards
