Construction Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for the planning, coordination and supervision of all construction activities on our sites.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or related field, with at least 2 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar position. We are also willing to consider applicants with no prior experience but who demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skillset to be successful in this role.

The successful applicant will be expected to:
• Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects
• Hire and manage subcontractors
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee quality control throughout the entire project
• Prepare progress reports for senior management
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and other professionals associated with the project
• Monitor costs and advise senior management on how to reduce expenditures where possible
• Investigate potential problems on site before they become issues.
