Position: Machine Operator
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1600

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have experience in setting up and operating machinery, and have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts.
• Read blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine the dimensions of finished products.
• Calculate dimensions or tolerances using instruments such as micrometers or calipers.
• Select the correct tooling required for operations such as drills, taps, reamers etc.
• Measure the parts produced against specifications using measuring devices such as Vernier calipers, symmetrical gauges etc.
• Maintain records of production output and provide feedback on performance.
• Monitor machines during use to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as cleaning and lubrication.

Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures used in the operation of machine tools required.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals required.
• Basic computer skills required.
