We are seeking a talented and experienced Secretary for our office in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
The ideal candidate must possess at least 1 year of experience working as a Secretary, with strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels. They must be computer literate, proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable working with digital tools. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently and work independently are essential requirements for this role.
