We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with the best travel advice and service, finding the most suitable and cost-effective travel solutions, and ensuring customers have a safe and comfortable journey.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, travel agents, airlines, hotels, and other suppliers.
• Arrange business trips, vacations, tours, car rentals, cruises and other travel services.
• Provide accurate information about destinations and available accommodation options.
• Research competitive airline fares and hotel rates to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers to get the best possible deals.
• Provide customer service support throughout the duration of their trip.
• Keep up to date with relevant industry regulations, updates, promotions etc.

Requirements:
• Previous working experience as a Travel Agent for at least 2 years
• Proven experience in finding cost-effective travel solutions for customers
• Excellent knowledge of domestic and international destinations
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel), web browsing skills etc.
• Outstanding communication skills both on the phone & face to face
• Customer-oriented approach & problem solving abilities
