We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have a passion for marketing, be highly organized and hold the ability to think strategically.

The duties of the Marketing Manager include developing and executing effective marketing strategies, creating promotional materials, managing budgets, maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients, overseeing advertising campaigns, coordinating market research projects and analyzing market trends. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that our brand is represented consistently across all channels and platforms.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1500 KWD per month plus benefits. Benefits include medical insurance coverage, annual paid vacation days, free gym membership, company car allowance and team building activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role
• Proven track record in developing effective marketing plans
• Strong understanding of customer behavior analytics
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is preferred
