Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Security Manager for our organization in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, directing and managing all security operations. This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures, organizing the security department, training personnel, monitoring activities of all personnel, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and providing customer service. The salary offered is 1400 KD per month.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Security Management or Law Enforcement.
• At least 5 years of experience in Security Management or related field.
• Proven ability to develop secure systems and processes.
• Knowledge of current security trends and technology.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as with teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal in both English & Arabic languages.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
