Surveyor - Doha, 1200 Salary

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Doha. Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in surveying
• Sound knowledge of the principles and techniques used in land surveying
• Proficiency in the use of survey-related software applications such as AutoCAD, Trimble Access, and ArcGIS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on weekends/holidays when needed
• Fluency in English is preferred; foreign applicants must have valid work permit/visa status in Qatar.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collect data using specialized surveying instruments such as total stations, level transits, GPS receivers etc.
• Prepare detailed topographical maps using survey data collected by other members of the survey team or by remote sensing technology such as satellite imagery or aerial photography.
• Analyze field measurements to determine coordinates of survey points according to established standards.
• Verify accuracy of survey data by comparing previous records with current measurements.
• Provide advice on technical issues related to land surveying projects and assist in resolving any related problems.
