We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to lead a team and the drive to motivate others. You must be able to work autonomously and take initiative when needed.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, providing guidance and support, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that all processes are followed correctly and efficiently. You should also be able to analyze processes and develop strategies for improvement.

The successful candidate must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in a related field.
