Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for surveying land in order to determine property boundaries, ensure accuracy, and prepare maps. You will need to analyse data, interpret legal documents and locate survey markers. You will be expected to use surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS systems to complete projects on time and within budget.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in land surveying
• Knowledge of surveying techniques (GPS/Total Stations)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
