We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Preparing and analyzing financial statements
2. Developing and maintaining effective internal control systems
3. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
4. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
5. Reconciling bank accounts and resolving discrepancies
6. Assisting with audit preparation
7. Performing account reconciliations
8. Monitoring cash flow and preparing cash flow projections
9. Analyzing financial data for decision-making purposes
10. Recommending improvement actions

Candidates must also possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We are willing to consider qualified foreign candidates for this position, with a salary of 1500 per month depending on experience and qualifications.
