Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and highly organized Developer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions using the latest technologies. This role requires excellent problem solving skills and experience in software engineering, as well as an understanding of the end user’s needs.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions from conception to completion.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met.
• Collaborate with other developers to identify and resolve system issues.
• Plan, implement, and document code changes.
• Troubleshoot errors in existing applications.
• Test applications before deployment.
• Keep abreast of new technologies to ensure development efforts are up-to-date.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience developing software solutions using a range of programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems with existing applications.
• Strong understanding of the software development life-cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team environment.

Salary & Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1800 KWD per month along with other benefits including medical insurance coverage, paid vacation leave and transportation allowance depending on experience level as well as eligibility criteria set by Al-Kuwait authorities/laws/regulations/etc.. We are also willing to consider individuals from overseas who meet the qualifications for this position but may not have prior experience in Kuwaiti culture or regulations involved in such hiring process.
