Job Description:

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day kitchen operations and ensuring that all meals prepared meet the highest standards. The Sous Chef must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
• Working knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients and kitchen equipment
• Creative problem solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• We are ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.
