We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures and should be able to provide excellent support to the dentist. The role requires an individual with excellent communication skills who is able to build a trusting relationship with patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing chair-side assistance, as well as preparing and sterilizing instruments, maintaining instrument trays, aiding in the preparation of materials for fillings, taking radiographs, and providing other clinical services related to patient care. They will also assist in keeping the dental office clean by following infection control protocols and stocking supplies.

Requirements for this position include:
• A minimum of two years’ experience as a dental assistant;
• Knowledge of 4-handed dentistry;
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
• Excellent patient service skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new procedures;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in English is essential (foreigners are welcome).
