The Office Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the office. This includes providing administrative support services, managing office supplies, and maintaining filing systems. You will also be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and emails from clients and other staff members as well as coordinating events and activities.
To be successful in this role, it is important that you possess excellent communication skills, have experience in office administration, and are comfortable working with computers. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
