Job Description

We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Sharjah. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about the latest trends in coffee and espresso-based drinks, as well as interacting with customers on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong organisational skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks including espresso-based drinks, teas, coffees and other beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that all beverages are prepared according to company standards.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while interacting with customers.
• Keep the café clean and organized at all times.
• Follow opening/closing procedures correctly.

Requirements:
• Must be comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting

Salary: 1700 AED per month (We are ready to consider an immigrant)
