We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of customer service while preparing and serving coffee drinks to our guests.

The Barista’s duties include, but are not limited to: following recipes accurately when preparing beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring all products are properly stocked and ready for service, operating espresso machines and other equipment efficiently, delivering excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, processing cash and credit card payments accurately and promptly.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of 900 AED per month plus generous tips. We are an equal opportunity employer who is open to considering an immigrant.

To be considered for this role you will need at least 1 year of experience in barista services or related field with excellent knowledge of brewing methods such as latte art. You must have excellent communication skillsand the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Additionally, you must possess strong attention to detail coupled with outstanding customer service skills.
