Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be leading the kitchen team, creating unique dishes and managing the daily operations of the kitchen. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are ready to consider immigrants for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Design menus and determine size of food portions
• Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies accordingly
• Develop recipes, create new dishes, and conduct quality assurance checks on all food items
• Prepare items for special events such as banquets, weddings, etc.
• Observe safety procedures related to the storage and handling of food items
• Train kitchen staff in preparation techniques, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
• Oversee all kitchen operations including cooking, dishwashing, cleaning, etc.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role as an Executive Chef
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to kitchen operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
